The role

The Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC) is seeking an experienced Grants Financial Specialist to manage grant portfolios and ensure compliance with funder requirements.

What you'll do

  • Maintain and improve grants management processes and financial tracking systems
  • Build budgets for grant proposals
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Provide reports of grant spenddowns to programmatic staff
  • Initiate, manage, and improve communications with finance and relevant programmatic staff
  • Reconcile grant-related income and expenses
