The role

The Senior Director of Finance, North America Region is responsible for financial strategy and management across multiple divisions within TNC’s North America region.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a strategic thought leader and partner for EVP of North America, Caribbean and Micronesia
  • Effectively collaborate with divisional and business unit leadership teams
  • Be responsible for financial management including developing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Play a key role in important strategic financial initiatives
  • Provide strategic financial planning & analysis support for major conservation projects and programs
  • Implement strategic, integrated, and collaborative approaches to quarterly forecasting

What it takes

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 11 years related work experience
  • Experience managing the finances of an organization-wide program
  • Experience working at a senior level with C-suite and other senior leaders
  • Extensive experience supervising remote professional staff of teams of 25 or more
  • Experience using complex financial systems and analytical tools
  • Experience performing complex financial analysis and financial reporting
