What you'll do

  • Lead the inter-agency Child Protection Case Management Task Force and facilitate monthly meetings.

  • Develop and finalize inter-agency Standard Operating Procedures for child protection services.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and capacity-building training to case workers and supervisors.
  • Produce quarterly trend analysis and infographics to inform humanitarian programming and advocacy.

What it takes

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, International Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in child protection case management in humanitarian settings.
  • Proven experience leading inter-agency coordination mechanisms or working groups.
  • Strong technical knowledge of child protection SOP design and referral pathway development.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
