The role

The Senior Campaign Lead for Redistricting will manage high-level campaign strategies and operations within the ACLU's National Political Advocacy Department. This role involves designing and executing complex legislative and electoral campaigns while providing strategic counsel to senior leadership. The lead will coordinate cross-departmental efforts, manage vendor relationships, and mentor staff to advance the organization's democracy program. The position requires a deep understanding of campaign tactics, policy advocacy, and the ability to drive impactful results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
