What you'll do

  • Perform monthly variance analysis and provide explanations for leadership and Board reporting.

  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciling items.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial reporting packages.
  • Maintain and develop reporting tools, templates, and dashboards using advanced Excel.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or 4 years of related experience.
  • 2-4 years of accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and nested formulas.
