The role
KIPP Chicago is seeking candidates for its school leadership pipeline pool, which includes Assistant Principal, Principal in Residence, and Principal roles. Selected leaders will be responsible for setting school-wide visions, driving instructional excellence, and fostering a positive, inclusive culture for students and staff. This is a proactive recruitment effort to identify talented individuals for future openings across the network's elementary and middle schools. Candidates are expected to coach teachers, analyze data, and ensure alignment with the network's mission of academic excellence.
