What you'll do
- Support individuals in daily living by promoting choice, dignity, cultural respect, and personal autonomy
- Ensure safety and well-being by responding to mental health, behavioral, and medical needs
- Facilitate community integration and personal relationships
- Implement Individual Support Plans and assist with medication administration
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required trainings and certifications
