The role
PATH is seeking candidates to join their Interim Housing Services team as the Residential Coordinator Swing Shift, responsible for the safety and basic needs of interim housing guests during their stay.
What you'll do
- Provide support to the case managers and program participants to support guest goals as established in individualized service plans.
- Monitor and maintain the interim housing floors to ensure a hospitable and inclusive environment.
- Keep program participant space organized and clean, providing hygiene needs, etc.
- Work in collaboration with the case management and operations team to ensure that the facility is clean and safe for all.
