The role
The Reporting and Monitoring SBC Specialist at UNICEF South Sudan will enhance knowledge management, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation systems for Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) and Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP). What you'll do
- Support the design, development, management and implementation of SBC-AAP knowledge management and information systems
- Contribute to the development, quality assurance and timely submission of SBC-AAP including RCCE inputs for donor reports
- Support monitoring and evaluation of SBC-AAP activities by consolidating field data, partner reports, community feedback, social listening findings and programme indicators
- Develop and maintain SBC-AAP dashboards, trackers, reporting matrices and knowledge repositories
- Support documentation and synthesis of SBC-AAP and RCCE contributions to cross-sectoral results
- Provide technical and coordination support for SBC-AAP assessments, end user monitoring, rapid perception surveys, community feedback analysis, social listening, lessons-learned exercises and learning events
