The role

Action Against Hunger is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership for the DG ECHO Regional Disaster Preparedness Program across the Horn of Africa. What you'll do

  • Oversee sub-grant management and financial due diligence for consortium partners.
  • Maintain the program Financial Risk Register and mitigate fraud or liquidity risks.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum seven years of financial management experience in humanitarian or development sectors.
  • At least three years in a senior regional or multi-country finance role.
  • Expert knowledge of DG ECHO financial compliance and PRAG provisions.
  • Proven experience with complex institutional donor grants and multi-partner arrangements.
