The role
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will support MAAC’s quality assurance and improvement efforts, focusing on compliance, data collection, and staff training.
What you'll do
- Support monitoring and evaluating the quality, impacts, and outcomes of programs and services
- Support privacy and confidentiality records and practices
- Support training and identify improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions
- Support required data collecting, trending, analyzing, and reporting
- Support opportunities to determine program satisfaction and related improvement efforts
- Support compliance of reporting, auditing, and other program standards
What it takes
- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- Background in social sciences, psychology, business, quality management, healthcare administration or a related field
- At least three (3) years of experience performing work related to auditing/monitoring and analyzing files and records
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strong data and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and excellent customer service skills
