The role
The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) is seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant to support the development of a solid waste management information system in Bolivia. What you'll do
- Coordinate with SIGIR Team to obtain user stories and functional requirements.
- Create Test Plans documenting testing strategy, approach, and scope.
- Design and document Test Cases based on user stories.
- Execute manual tests (functional and exploratory) across all assigned modules.
- Elaborate structured Bug Reports and track defect resolution status.
- Perform load testing scenarios for Web Portal, Recoverer/Recycler Portal, and Mobile App.
What it takes
- Degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications in Software Testing and/or Quality Assurance (desirable).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance and Manual Testing.
- Experience designing and executing test cases based on user stories.
- Experience coordinating with development teams and product owners.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
