The role

This role involves designing and developing high-integrity electronic controllers for aerospace applications, specifically within Environmental Control Systems (ECS) and Life Support Systems. The engineer will work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver safety-critical hardware across commercial, defense, and space platforms. The position requires expertise in both analog and digital circuit design and PCB layout.

  • Support the full electronics design lifecycle from concept to in-service support
  • Define and document electronics requirements and technical specifications
  • Design analog and digital circuits including schematic design and PCB layout

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers for system integration

What it takes

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of electronics design experience in aerospace, defense, or naval industries
  • Strong analog and digital electronics design capability
  • Proficiency with ECAD tools like Mentor Graphics
  • Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and EMC requirements
  • UK or NATO passport holder (Required)
