The role
The Project Manager will lead the implementation and monitoring of activities under the Localizing e-Government for Accelerated Provision of Services (LeAPS) project in Cotabato City, Philippines.

- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in designing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating development programs and projects
- Demonstrated capacity in project financial management including preparation of budgets, annual work plans and financial reporting
