What you'll do

  • Coordinate with HR, SCM, and Finance to ensure timely recruitment, procurement, and bill processing.
  • Establish and manage community-level complaint response mechanisms and ensure project accountability.
  • Oversee the registration, MoU management, and reporting requirements with relevant government ministries.

What it takes

  • Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in multi-sectoral humanitarian project management.
  • Degree in Project Management, Development, Social Sciences, Livelihoods, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Dari, and Pashto.
  • Proven experience working with multi-million dollar grant-funded projects in dynamic contexts.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to various operational provinces in Afghanistan.
