The role

The Programme Support Assistant at IOM Ukraine will support the mission in resource mobilization, project development, and coordination with other programme teams. The role involves compiling documents, engaging in liaison with other units, and assisting in the preparation of meetings and events.

What you'll do

• Supports the mission in regularly updating donor information
• Contributes to and assists with project development
• Collects, compiles, and provides inputs to different internal- and external-facing documents
• Engages in regular liaison with other units within the PSU
• Assists in the preparation of meetings and events
• Assists in compiling programme-related documents for knowledge management

What it takes

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with programme development, resource mobilization, and reporting
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Experience in soliciting, receiving, organizing, and sharing large volumes of information
• Experience in project development and editing
• Accuracy and professionalism in document production and editing
