The role
The Programme Quality Coordinator will lead and strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) across CTP South Sudan's programmes and partnerships, providing technical support to programme teams and partners to ensure programmes meet quality standards and donor requirements.

- Coordinate and improve country MEAL systems, tools, indicators and monitoring processes.
- Provide technical input to programme design, theories of change, results frameworks and MEAL plans.
- Lead or coordinate assessments, evaluations, surveys and data-quality processes.
- Analyze programme data and ensure credible, accurate and traceable evidence.
- Strengthen community feedback, accountability, inclusion and participation.
- Support learning, after-action reviews, reporting and evidence-based programme adaptation.
What it takes
- A degree in MEAL, statistics, economics, development studies, social sciences or a related field, plus relevant MEAL training or certification.
- At least five years' relevant experience in MEAL, programme quality or programme management, including staff supervision.
- Strong experience designing and managing results-based MEAL systems and data-quality processes.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research, digital data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of KoboToolbox, CommCare and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting partner-led humanitarian, development or peacebuilding programmes in complex or conflict-affected settings.
