The role
The Program Development Lead is responsible for the strategic design and development of innovative, high-impact programs in line with CARE’s strategy and sectoral expertise. What you'll do
- Oversee the overall program development for CARE Ukraine

- Lead the development, review, and submission of high-quality concept notes and proposals
