The role
The Program Coordinator – Near Vision Scale-Up will support the scale-up of reading glasses distribution to reach approximately 3000,000 people within two years in Liberia, focusing on field implementation, training, and advocacy.
What you'll do
- Provide continuous technical support to trained personnel
- Support National, County, and District stakeholders
- Implement and monitor quality assurance mechanisms
- Coordinate and support refresher training for CHAs
- Plan, coordinate, and support quarterly integrated supervision visits
- Support data entry and management using standardized tracking tools
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, community health, or health services management
- Relevant professional experience in public health or community health worker programs
- Experience working within the national and/or sub-national health system
- Demonstrated experience working in primary health care interventions
- Familiarity with the Community Health Information System and DHIS2
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and solve problems
