The role
UnidosUS is seeking a Program Coordinator, Family Engagement to support partnerships between the organization and its Affiliate and partner sites in family engagement efforts, programmatic implementation, and lead programmatic coordination within the Education Programs team.
What you'll do
- Coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual grant related events and meetings
- Support the drafting and collection process for grant-related documents
- Support grantees in program development, curriculum implementation, data collection, and evaluation
- Contribute to the design, refinement, and implementation of program curricula
- Support program trainings and informational webinars for grantees and partners
- Support program evaluation efforts
What it takes
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, or the equivalent relevant combination of education, training, and experience
- One (1) to three (3) year of relevant experience, preferably in the nonprofit, family engagement, or community development field
- Experience with QuickBase, Concur, or other database systems
- Experience working in a community-based organization or national nonprofit intermediary
- Experience with QuickBase, Concur, or other database systems
- Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written)
