The role
The Program Coordinator will support the Head of Mission in developing and managing the mission program, leading the development of new project proposals, and supervising the program team in Yemen.
What you'll do
- Co-Lead the formulation, adaptation, and execution of the INTERSOS Yemen Country Strategy
- Active member of the SMT, working alongside the HoM to define organizational vision, set programme targets, and improve operational performance
- Lead the design and writing of high-quality proposals and concept notes
- Oversee the coherence, alignment, and execution of the entire Yemen programme portfolio
- Guide and directly support Project/Programme Managers through all phases of Project Cycle Management
- Ensure adequate resource provisioning, review monthly financial expenditure reports, and lead budget or programme revisions as required

- Minimum 5 years experience in humanitarian contexts
