The role
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing all procurement operations for the Syria programme, ensuring timely, transparent, competitive and compliant procurement in line with GOAL’s Procurement Manual and donor requirements.
What you'll do
- Ensure that all procurement procedures are effectively followed in compliance with the GOAL Procurement Manual and relevant donor requirements.
- Lead and manage procurement staff, distributing tasks based on functional areas, monitoring performance and ensuring continuous on-the-job capacity development.
- Monitor the progress of all procurement actions and proactively follow up on approvals to increase on-time completion of Purchase Requests and avoid delays in the system.

- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, Procurement, Economy, Engineering, Business Management, Accounting or similar areas
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as procurement, logistics, or operations, including at least 3 years in procurement.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working in NGOs.
