Principal Fellow

The role

The Principal Fellow is an intensive leadership residency designed for high-potential educators preparing to transition into school principal roles. Under the guidance of a mentor principal, the Fellow will focus on instructional leadership, teacher development, school culture, and data-driven decision-making. This role involves significant operational responsibility and collaboration with district leadership to ensure academic success across K-12 grade levels.
