The role

The Principal Fellow is a pivotal leadership position designed for high-potential educators preparing to transition into the role of a K-12 school leader. The Fellow works under a mentor principal to develop competencies in instructional leadership, school culture, and organizational management through an intensive residency. Responsibilities include teacher mentoring, data analysis, school operations oversight, and collaborative development of school-wide academic goals.
