What you'll do
- Serve as the primary coordination focal point for all PPG stakeholders
- Lead the preparation and implementation of a detailed PPG workplan and methodology

- Ensure quality control of all national-level deliverables and technical contributions
- Lead the planning, convening and facilitation of stakeholder consultations
- Review and provide technical input on key supporting documents

- Master's degree in natural resource management, marine or environmental sciences, climate change, environmental policy, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in managing or coordinating projects related to coastal and marine ecosystem management, climate change adaptation, ecosystem-based adaptation, or blue carbon
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder environmental or climate projects in Mauritius, preferably involving international donors
- Experience convening and servicing inter-ministerial, inter-agency or national technical committees or task forces
- Established working relationships across the Mauritian institutional landscape
- Experience planning and facilitating community-level and site-level consultations
