The role

The Policy Officer (Data Analysis and Capabilities) will work in the Data Knowledge and Analysis team of the Information Integrity and Countering Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference Division, supporting data-driven solutions and AI-based projects to counter FIMI threats.

Support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions
Optimise and oversee analysis production and response workflows
Lead the implementation of AI-based solutions
Manage the Situational Awareness Hub toolkit
Support the Division in the implementation of a more data-driven approach
Oversee projects with external contractors and partners

Fluency in English (both orally and in writing)
In-depth knowledge of EEAS methodology for identifying and analysing FIMI
Knowledge and understanding of analytical frameworks and models
Proven experience in assessing information environment, cyber and hybrid threats
Skills in designing and managing innovative technical projects
