The role
The PME Coordinator will help in promoting a learning culture in the Global Fund Program and communicate this information to relevant stakeholders to improve ongoing and future programming.
What you'll do
- Coordinate data collection, aggregation and analysis of programmatic data
- Roll out data management systems
- Operationalize data quality assurance mechanisms
- Establish programme accountability mechanisms
- Support execution of regular analyses of sub-national, disaggregated data
- Guide staff and sub-grantees to identify and resolve issues in monitoring systems
What it takes
- 3 years of progressive relevant experience in M&E in public health sector
- Experience in coordinating M&E in public health programs
- Experience in digital health systems such as DHIS2
- University degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, International Development and Rural Development.
- Certification in monitoring and evaluation will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
