The role

The PME Coordinator will help in promoting a learning culture in the Global Fund Program and communicate this information to relevant stakeholders to improve ongoing and future programming.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate data collection, aggregation and analysis of programmatic data
  • Roll out data management systems
  • Operationalize data quality assurance mechanisms
  • Establish programme accountability mechanisms
  • Support execution of regular analyses of sub-national, disaggregated data
  • Guide staff and sub-grantees to identify and resolve issues in monitoring systems

What it takes

  • 3 years of progressive relevant experience in M&E in public health sector
  • Experience in coordinating M&E in public health programs
  • Experience in digital health systems such as DHIS2
  • University degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, International Development and Rural Development.
  • Certification in monitoring and evaluation will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
