The role
We are seeking a highly motivated People Partner to provide HR advice and coaching, manage complex people-related queries, and support specific corporate initiatives.
What you'll do
- Provide first-class service of specialist HR advice and coaching
- Use best practice and insight gained from continued learning to provide pragmatic and informed solutions and ideas
- Sourced and use existing data to produce quantitative and qualitative data
- Work collaboratively and engagingly with senior management
- Contribute with bid and implementation teams, providing detailed and insightful knowledge and experience
What it takes
- CIPD professional qualification with formal coaching and/or mediation training
- Experience in an HR Management and/or Business Partnership role
- Experience of managing TUPE transfers and proven knowledge of the law affecting TUPE
- Knowledge of a range of HR/OD theories, practices, frameworks, and tools
- Good working knowledge of employment law
- Sound knowledge of coaching and leadership development practices
