The role

Supports in learning & capacity development, data analytics, internal communication, budget management, and other related tasks for the People & Culture team under the supervision of a Senior People & Culture Associate.

What you'll do

  • Supports in learning & capacity development events and initiatives.
  • Assists in organizing and conducting courses, workshops, and events by preparing materials and providing logistical support.
  • Processes contracts for institutions providing training and learning activities, ensuring compliance with UNICEF rules and regulations.
  • Supports in coordination of learning and development activities for UNVs, interns, and consultants.
  • Designs flyers, posters, and other communication material for mobilization of learning and development activities.
  • Supports in documentation of success stories, case studies, and lessons learned.

What it takes

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 03 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in Human Resources; experience working in the UN or other international development organization is an asset.
  • Strong oral and written skills; good drafting, formulation, and reporting skills.
  • Accuracy and professionalism in document production, editing and publishing.
  • Proven ability to work with data, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive.
