The role
The Payroll Associate provides payroll services for the Global Payroll Services team ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work.
What you'll do
- Perform second-level validation and sign-off of payroll transactions
- Advise clients on benefits and entitlements
- Liaise with payroll focal points and HR administrators
- Ensure timely administration of payroll, banking, and disbursement services
- Provide oversight support on payroll transactions
- Respond to queries related to Global Payroll and HR data
What it takes
- Minimum 6 years (with secondary education) or 3 years (with bachelor’s degree) of progressively responsible HR/finance experience
- Experience with Oracle Cloud/Quantum Payroll is desired
- Experience using Quantum HCM modules is desired
- Fluency in English is required
- Working knowledge of another UN language is desirable
