The role
The Accounts Payable Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for accounts payable operations and systems, implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
What you'll do
- Calculate and prepare general ledger entries and monthly AP accruals
- Design, customize, and maintain AP reports using Business Intelligence tools and Excel
- Provide subject-matter expertise for AP processes related to system implementations and testing
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures

- Two years of college education or experience equivalency
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting AP processes for a large or complex organization
