The role

The Partnerships and Grants Manager role involves managing and sustaining relationships with local Civil Society Organization (CSO) sub-grantees to enable the delivery of the No Child on the Sidelines program, supporting their onboarding, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CSO sub-grantees
  • Support CSO onboarding, orientation, and implementation of program requirements
  • Conduct regular virtual check-ins and periodic in-country visits
  • Assist in the review and consolidation of CSO financial and programmatic reports
  • Support stakeholder engagements and represent the program at regional and global forums

What it takes

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
  • 7 years' experience working with local CSOs in roles related to partnership management, capacity building, or organizational development
  • Experience in conflict-affected or fragile contexts
  • Fluency in English and French, proficiency in Arabic or Urdu
  • Experience with results-based reporting and donor compliance oversight
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
