The role
The Partnerships and Grants Manager role involves managing and sustaining relationships with local Civil Society Organization (CSO) sub-grantees to enable the delivery of the No Child on the Sidelines program, supporting their onboarding, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CSO sub-grantees
- Support CSO onboarding, orientation, and implementation of program requirements
- Conduct regular virtual check-ins and periodic in-country visits
- Assist in the review and consolidation of CSO financial and programmatic reports
- Support stakeholder engagements and represent the program at regional and global forums
