The role
CAMBA is seeking a Part-Time Case Manager to provide case management services to 27 families formerly residing in New York City homeless shelters under the Our Space initiative.
What you'll do
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality
- Conduct initial intake and assessment of tenants and tenants' families' needs
- Assist tenants in attaining their goals by identifying and locating community resources
- Monitor tenants' progress toward their goals via regularly scheduled visits
- Act as tenant liaison/tenant advocate with outside organizations
- Schedule and escort tenants to appointments
