The role

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, addressing critical issues, and overseeing staff, volunteers, and maintenance activities at the Weinberg Housing and Resource Center in Baltimore, MD.

Maintain a working knowledge of all services provided to clients
Collaborate with the Program Director on operational planning and security needs
Develop, implement, and manage facility policies and procedures
Ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, volunteers, and facility assets
Monitor facility conditions and promptly report or coordinate needed repairs and maintenance

What it takes

Bachelor’s degree in management, business, human services or related field
Two years of related experience in human services, building operations or related experience
CPR and/or First Aid certification within six months of employment
