The role

The IDB Group is seeking a service-oriented, dynamic, and motivated Operations Senior Analyst to join the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department (CSD) to perform technical and analytical activities to improve the quality of the Department's operational products.

What you'll do

Provide analytical, technical, and research support to project proposals
Review project proposals to strengthen their design and quality
Ensure operational products align with Bank policies and standards
Conduct sector research and comparative analyses
Monitor pipeline and portfolio performance
Prepare analytical reports and dashboards

What it takes

Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, public administration, international relations, political science, law or related field
One year of relevant applied professional experience
Experience in project design and management
Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written
Citizenship of one of the 48-member countries of the IDB
No family members working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab
