What you'll do
- Provide support across Funding Request, Grant-Making and Portfolio Optimization design, compliance and quality assurance
- Maintain and update OPNs, procedures and due diligence screening guidelines
- Support the design of Portfolio Optimization processes, tools and systems
- Coordinate the end-to-end planning of funding request and grant review cycles
- Track completion of TRP review and recommendation forms
- Document GAC deliberations and contribute to monthly GAC Reports to the Board
What it takes
- University degree in business, health, international/public affairs, economics, investment management or other relevant discipline
- Over 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with grant-making systems and processes
- Experience drafting and producing time-sensitive documents
- Experience with stakeholder- and board-level communication
- Excellent relationship skills, with experience in a multicultural professional environment
