The Operations Manager will support the smooth running of Challenge Works, focusing on financial management, team development, and operational processes.

- Manage CW finances through programmes and proposals
- Support the Head of Operations with resourcing and recruitment
- Lead the recruitment process for all roles below band 5
- Support team members and line managers with HR queries
- Organize Challenge Works team Away Days
- Manage the L&D offering for Challenge Works
