The role
To provide operational and financial support to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business, and effective coordination between the Director, specialist support providers and the wider team.
What you'll do
- Helping track pipeline, sales, profitability, workload
- Assistance with other day to day tasks
- Supporting recruitment processes and candidate communications
- Liaising with external HR advisors and payroll providers
- Organising team meetings and social events
- Providing ad-hoc support to client deliverables and business development proposals
What it takes
- Proven experience in financial management or bookkeeping for a small organisation, charity, or consultancy
- Experience of company administration and record keeping
- Experience supporting HR processes such as recruitment and onboarding
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong coordination and communication skills and ability to work independently while maintaining regular contact
- Organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail
