The role

Zeta is seeking an Operations Director to lead operational excellence across a school, build a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional safety, facilities, and day-to-day execution for students and educators.

What you'll do

Be the safety leader of the school
Own the full operational vision and execution for the school
Design, implement, and refine schoolwide operational systems
Serve as the chief steward of a world-class facility
Ensure excellence in financial and compliance operations
Lead technology operations for staff, students, and the school building
Manage and develop the School Business Operations Team (SBOT)
Own the school’s Zeta Operational Excellence (ZOE) Action Plan
Act as the primary liaison between the School Team and Network Operations
