What you'll do

- Develop and implement procurement strategies, including supplier selection and contract management.
- Provide strategic data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators for senior management.
What it takes
- Advanced university degree (Master’s) in Business/Public Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience if holding a Bachelor’s degree; no experience required for Master's degree holders.
- Proficiency in office software packages and web-based ERP management systems.
- Knowledge of IPSAS or IFRS accrual accounting standards is highly desirable.
