The role
The Operations Analyst position is responsible for managing operations, finance, human resources, and ICT in the UNDP Country Office in Cambodia.
What you'll do
- Ensure full compliance of operations with UN/UNDP rules, regulations, policies, and Internal Control Framework (ICF)
- Oversee procurement operations and ensure full compliance with procurement activities
- Ensure effective financial resources management and supervision of the Finance team
- Ensure strategic human resources management and supervision of the HR team
- Ensure supervision of administration and ICT team
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
- Experience in providing management advisory services and/or managing operational systems
- Experience with public sector procurement management and supply chain management
- Experience in financial resources management
- Experience in information and communication technology
- Fluency in English and Khmer
