The role
The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is seeking a National PAHO Consultant for a full-time position based off-site in Trinidad and Tobago to develop a national mapping of key stakeholders, information gathering, and institutional arrangements.
What you'll do
- Review deliverables from Phase 1: in-depth situational analysis of HRH and facilitate implementation of the Mapping of Occupations in Trinidad and Tobago
- Implement the Mapping of Actors tool to identify key HRH stakeholders and institutional arrangements
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops for the HLMA framework
- Provide feedback on the implementation and validation of the Mapping of Actors tool
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Health Economics, or related field
- At least 7 years of national experience in public health, health policy, health systems analysis, labor market studies, or related fields
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English
- Experience working with Ministries of Health or national authorities
