The role

The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager will provide technical assistance and analytical guidance across ThinkWell in-country projects in Uganda, focusing on research, data analysis, and project monitoring and evaluation.

What you'll do

Provide direct technical assistance to ensure high quality program results and execution
Lead the development of the learning agenda for projects
Develop monitoring, evaluation, research and learning tools, dashboards, indicators, and plans
Conduct quarterly and ad hoc field monitoring to verify data and program activities
Develop and implement a data quality assurance plan
Coordinate and facilitate all evidence gathering activities

Graduate degree and 5+ years of experience
Extensive experience with data analysis, project monitoring and evaluation
Strong writing skills and experience in developing high quality documents
Engage effectively with external strategic partners, donors, and stakeholders
