The role
The Membership Development & Engagement Officer at International Social Service (ISS) will focus on developing and maintaining the ISS global network through member engagement, network expansion, and capacity-building activities.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for network matters
- Implement and monitor network development and training strategy
- Coordinate membership, due diligence, and onboarding procedures
- Contribute to the review and improvement of network policies
- Maintain partners’ engagement through targeted exchanges
- Prepare documents and analyses for governing bodies
What it takes
- Graduate degree in relevant fields
- 3+ years of experience in membership, project, or stakeholder management
- Fluent in English, with working knowledge of French or Spanish
- Great interpersonal and presentation skills
