- 3-5 years of previous experience in facility maintenance, ground maintenance, and construction
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, and general maintenance tools
- Ability to operate forklift, boom, and scissor lift
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Some knowledge of AV tech language
