What you'll do
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance repairs on property equipment.

- Provide guidance and training to Maintenance Apprentices and Porters.
What it takes
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Basic proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
- EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Type II or Universal) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Ability to respond to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
