The role

The Lead Associate, Employer Brand & Emerging Talent will lead the development and execution of Save the Children's employer branding and early talent strategies to strengthen the organization's ability to attract, engage, develop, and retain mission-driven talent.

What you'll do

  • Support implementation and governance of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Develop employer brand campaigns targeting critical talent segments
  • Lead implementation of Save the Children's organization-wide Internship & Fellowship Strategy
  • Develop internship marketing materials and maintain early talent candidate pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to create meaningful internship and entry-level opportunities
  • Develop and maintain an internship and fellowship alumni network

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and building collaborative partnerships
