The role

The Lead Associate, Culture & Engagement role at Save the Children is focused on advancing a culture of inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement. This position involves managing inclusion and belonging strategies, onboarding new employees, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the agency’s Inclusion & Belonging strategy
  • Support the creation, implementation, and tracking of Connection Group annual workplans
  • Coordinate operations of new employee onboarding and orientation program
  • Support the planning, implementation, and communication of the annual Engagement Survey
  • Plan and execute employee events
  • Communicate People & Culture initiatives and progress across the organization

What it takes

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Professional level of specialized knowledge to manage complex tasks, programs or projects
  • Experience organizing and facilitating staff training
  • Experience with learning management systems, survey tools, collaboration tools and HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
