The role
The Lead Associate, Culture & Engagement role at Save the Children is focused on advancing a culture of inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement. This position involves managing inclusion and belonging strategies, onboarding new employees, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development and execution of the agency’s Inclusion & Belonging strategy
- Support the creation, implementation, and tracking of Connection Group annual workplans
- Coordinate operations of new employee onboarding and orientation program
- Support the planning, implementation, and communication of the annual Engagement Survey
- Plan and execute employee events
- Communicate People & Culture initiatives and progress across the organization
What it takes
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Professional level of specialized knowledge to manage complex tasks, programs or projects
- Experience organizing and facilitating staff training
- Experience with learning management systems, survey tools, collaboration tools and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
