- Bachelor’s degree in Social or other relevant study
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience in an NGO environment
- Solid project management skills with a proven history of delivering results
- Substantial experience, knowledge of effective financial and budgetary control
- Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian, strong English written and spoken skills
- Commitment and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles
